The versatility of a story box
What if I told you that there’s an option for gorgeous, heirloom artwork for your portraits that can be used not only as a tabletop display, but as a wall display, too? You might wonder, how can it be both? And the answer is: a story box. These are beautiful image boxes designed to not only look amazing, but also protect your most precious photos. Check out the video below where I highlight the features of both sizes; or you can continue reading!
Versatility
I love the versatility that these boxes have to offer. They are a great option if:
You don’t have a lot of wall space in your home for hanging art or portraits
You have a wall collage installed and need multiple prints to put in frames
You like displaying your portraits on shelves or picture ledges
You frequently have your portraits taken and want a way to rotate the images on display in your home
You want something to protect and store your portraits that’s equally as beautiful as the prints
You want to have all of your portraits in one place
Variety
Whether your needs are for a smaller box with all of your prints, or a larger box with a select number of portraits from your session, story boxes come in two sizes! The larger box measures 8x10 and holds matted, 5x7 fine art prints inside; and the smaller box measures 5x7 and holds unmatted fine art prints inside. Both boxes are covered in a luxurious, gray material: the larger a silk shantung and the smaller a velvet. A hand torn, deckled edge is also available for your matted print to add an elegant, romantic look to your artwork.
Longevity
Every art piece available is chosen with longevity in mind. We use professional labs and vet every single product to make sure it meets our high standards before making them available to you. These story boxes are designed with a magnetic closure lid to keep your pictures secure and ribbon pull inside to make lifting your prints out easy. The matting in the larger boxes offers additional protection for your prints, to limit the amount of hand oils that directly touch the paper. Not to mention, the fine art prints come from a museum-quality lab that uses the highest quality inks and papers. Additionally, you won’t find any wood image boxes available for purchase as the acid in wood can yellow your prints over time!
